    Description

    For auction is a used 1950 ATWOOD WASP .049 ENGINE. The first Atwood built 1/2A engine. I am not the original owner. It is in very good condition. It turns over smoothly, COMPRESSION IS VERY GOOD !! The needle is from a "Perfect" brand flexible needle valve for Wasp .049. The spring was badly damaged and I removed it. It turns easily and opens and closes the needle valve orifice effectively. Original Atwood glow plug glows brightly. This engine has been cleaned and oiled for long term storage. Also included is a very nice used Top Flite 5 1/4X3 prop.
