Don McGovern's
WHIRLWIND
gull-wing, v-tailed 1/2-A free flight was the most beautiful design ever published. But the
PLANS
were full-size on consecutive pages of Flying Models magazine
& so crowded with full-size parts patterns right on top of the wings & fuselage that it was impossible to visualize the completed model.
So I enlarged the
PLANS
120% then cut out all of the parts patterns and placed everything on a larger sheet in proper order. This made 54" span enlargements of these newly reorganized
PLANS.
Being a free flight, the dihedral on the model  is such that it will naturally roll out of a tight turn into level flight. So this design is just perfect for adding 2-channel RC.
I am offering
TWO ADDITIONAL COPIES
of these improved
PLANS
. One is a 64" span and the third is a 74" wing span.
