Not sure it has torque-activated auto-stop mechanism
or not. Everything is per picture, sold AS IS. Not tested because Not know how to make the 2 hooks work.
This is #11 prop with blue cone.
One feedback says, "the wires are torque activated, when the load of the rubber is applied to the hub they pull down. When torque is reduced
the wires assist the propeller fold. " Thank you!
