    Description

    Here we have on offer an extremely rare Thermostat ("OTTER Switch") for an early JAGUAR XK 120 engine. The item has the dimentions 6,5 X 4 cm. The reading of the inscription says "Otter Controlls BUXTON", the small Pat. No. is barely visible.
    I had been searching for years to find this correct Item for my car - and you would not believe it: I found two recently! So one is for sale here for a lucky enthusiast. I have cleant it a bit, could be NOS from what I see but I am not sure.
    If you have an early XK120 this is probably the chance of a lifetime to obtain the correct Otter switch!
    By the way: there is a nice description of this item in Urs Schmitts iconic Jaguar XK 120 book.
