Unique Solid Surface Supermarine Spitfire Control Line OK Cub .099

Description

This is a one of a kind Supermarine Spitfire model built from a Guillow's #403 kit.
Approx. 27.5 inch wingspan and 25 inch length. Weights approx. 1.1 lb.  Control line set-up. The model is all solid-surfaced with no tissue. The formers and spars are all filled with balsa sheeting.  This model is unpainted.   It is finished with clear wood grain filler and gloss polyurethane. The model has an ok cub .099 engine with an approx. 1 oz fuel tank and custom exhaust diverter.  The engine is used, but has excellent compression and has been test run
.  The model has not been fueled.
Cloth hinges were not used on the
stabilizer

Note 3: This model is built with control line functionality, but is primarily intended for display purposes. Flight has not been tested and is not guaranteed, nor is the finish guaranteed to be fuel-proof.
Note 4: This is a hand-built model.  Although great effort is used to provide the finest results possible, there may be minor flaws in the general finish and/or decals.
